Zero-touch shines when devices are purchased through Apple or authorized resellers and assigned in ABM. Used or grey-market units usually need physical access, Apple Configurator, ABM assignment, then a wipe before ADE PreStage.
izenphone intake
Add the serial today — even before ABM purchase-order sync. Store staff can register without ABM admin rights. When ADE is available, the same device finishes supervised enrollment; when it is not, inventory and lock workflows still start.
